It is rumored that the buyer’s lawyer in Tennessee has contacted Vivid Entertainment to discuss buying all the rights to the tape, states TMZ. The lawyer informed Vivid that the buyer does not want to distribute the tape but remove it instead. While the secret shopper isn’t mentioned by name, the lawyer did allegedly write, “We would purchase any other footage you may have control of that involves Ms. Kardashian.” As the lawyer doesn’t also mention Ray J, it leaves some speculating that Kim is the buyer in question.
